what to expect

 

 

Homeopathy is an individualised therapy. One or more remedies may be prescribed to help your symptoms, and not everyone will find the same remedy works for a particular ailment. 

 

A lot of information needs to be gathered to know the best suited remedy for you (there are over 5,000),  so that is why we ask you about your medical history, family history and life experiences.

 

Up to 2 hours is allowed for the first consultation. We need to find out how each symptom is expressed for you and your body - as every individual experiences symptoms differently. This will help to find the best suited remedy to match your case, or the 'sillimimum'.

 

This is a safe place for you to share your story - think of it like a warrant of fitness for your mind body and soul.

A follow up will take place afterwards (at a timeframe determined at the first consultation - usually about 4 weeks later), to make sure the remedy is acting well.

 

This will give opportunity for feedback and a subsequent remedy may be prescribed if required.
